ISF Flag Football athlete Ella Sowden has committed to play at Lindsey Wilson University in Columbia, Kentucky, beginning next fall. Ella becomes the first ISF athlete to commit to a university in the United States. We are excited about the future of female flag football and the growing opportunities emerging within the sport!
